Traditional copper saucepans with some user-friendly updates, like stay-cool stainless steel handles and lighter bodies. Save 23% when you buy these items as a set.

—DETAILS—

This fantastic 3-piece saucepan set comes from Mauviel’s M’Heritage range. The collection is made from bi-laminated copper and stainless steel (90% copper and 10% stainless steel). Because copper heats more evenly and much faster than other metals it offers superior cooking control. The non-reactive stainless steel interior preserves the taste and nutrients of food and is very easy to clean. The oversized handles are fixed by sturdy stainless steel rivets that allow you to lift and transfer the pans safely. These saucepans can be used on all hobs except induction and are oven-safe. Designed for professionals and home cooks alike, the set includes:

• 1 -16cm saucepan with lid
• 1 -18cm saucepan with lid
• 1-20cm saucepan with lid

Mauviel M150 and M200pans, with stainless steel, bronze, or cast iron handles, are made of pure copper thats soft by nature. They are polished and finished by hand, resulting in minor abrasions, small black marks or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability.

—BENEFITS—

Its almost magical to see the way it responds to my commands as I turn the heat up or down, and I take comfort knowing it will last forever plus.
