In addition, the ultra-sharp double-edged serrated peeler features a pointed tip that is great for removing bruises and potato eyes. High-quality martensitic stainless steelmade from 95% recycled material, thanks to Victorinoxs unique processing facilitiesgives these blades a long service life. The laser-tested edges are precise and have excellent edge retention. The contoured polyethene handles are designed for a secure, non-slip grip.
