Like the other selections in Tramontina’s Gourmet Tri-Ply Clad collection, it’s made of premium 18/10 stainless steel, and heats evenly throughout, thanks to tri-ply clad construction. Ergonomic, riveted cast stainless steel handles are durable and provide easy maneuvering. Compatible with all cooktops!

  • 9.6″diameter x 5.24″H (covered)
  • Oven-safe up to 500F / 260C. Prolonged exposure to high heat may cause stainless steel cookware to discolor; to recondition it or to remove stubborn spots, use a nonabrasive pad and a cleanser such as Bar Keepers Friend.
  • Dishwasher-safe. Hand drying recommended after rinse cycle
