Peter Edmonds has been living on Great Barrier Island (Aotea), New Zealand for the last 43 years with his wife Fenella Christian. He has been working with wood for 40+ years and has beena painter for 20.

As a painter, he works inacrylics, and his pieces are found in collections all over the world.However his main area of expertise is the production of wooden objects, and he makes furniture, bowls, spoons and balls, as well as being an accomplished carver.
