Durable, heavy-duty spun iron pie dish with great heat retention. Low, flared sides make serving easy.

—DETAILS—

Due to Netherton Foundrys unique manufacturing process, this traditional, durable spun iron pie dish is relatively lightweight, but also, like more mainstream cast iron cookware, retains heat exceptionally well and can withstand high temperatures for extended periods of time. This means faster cooking times, consistently even cooking, and perfectly browned crusts. Its also safe on the hob, especially induction, meaning you can sear ingredients before transferring to the oven. Pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural easy-release finish that only gets better over time when properly maintained.
