The Mauviel M’CookB Non-stick Frying Pan is no ordinary panand the added value of PFOA-free non-stick coating makes it even more remarkable. The pan is made of five layers of metal (two layers of stainless steel, three layers of heat-responsive aluminium in the centre), which extend to the sides and tops of the pans to ensure even heat distribution. Suitable on all hobs including induction, the MCook ranges comfortable handles and curved rims allow easy manoeuvring and pouring. All that plus three layers of Eclipse coating, which is free of harmful chemicals and made to withstand the pressure of daily use, make it easy to clean and perfect for cling-prone foods like eggs, seafood, and pancakes, with or without oil. Do bear in mind that non-stick coatings are not built to withstand high levels of heat. As with any other non-stick pan, avoid cooking over a medium-high setting.
