A copper pancake pan lined with durable stainless steel, with a comfortable handle.

—DETAILS—

This beautiful and functional crepe pan from Mauviel has a 1.5mm coating of solid copper on the exterior, giving it incredible heat responsiveness and unrivalled heat distribution. This means no hot spots on your crepes. The comfortable, stay-cool handle is designed to mould to your thumb. Lined with durable 18/10 stainless steel on the inside, this pan is a dream to cook with.

Mauviel M150 and M250 pans, with stainless steel, brass, or cast iron handles, are made of pure copper thats soft by nature. They are polished and finished by hand, resulting in minor abrasions, small black marks or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability.

—BENEFITS—

Its almost magical to see the way copper responds to my commands as I turn the heat up or down, and I take comfort knowing it will last forever plus.
