Kefirkos white kefir and kombucha maker is the all-in-one machine for making fermented drinks at home. With this maker, you can turn grains and milk (or sugar-water) into ready-to-drink kefir in just three simple steps. Add the grains and liquid to the maker, leave to ferment, then strain and sip.

This kefir fermenter includes the following pieces of equipment:

  • Top lid
  • Strainer lid
  • Glass jar
  • Scraper
  • Squeezer and swizzle stick
  • Recipe booklet

The two-piece lid is designed for optimal airflow during the fermentation process, while also blocking impurities such as dust. A strainer lid features two sizes of slots one for milk, one for water so you can sip your kefir thick or thin.

This kefir maker comes in two sizes:

  • 848ml
  • 1.4l

Please note, the dehydrated kombucha starter or scoby is sold separately.
