Material: Stainless Steel – 18/10Did you know certain foods require a very delicate and even heat source in order to be cooked to perfection and retain all the nutrients and goodness? The much loved porridge and chocolate sauce are great examples. But worry not: featuring a double stainless steel pan system that allows for bain-marie cooking, this Judge Vista Porringer pan will do just the job! The 2-tier system allows you to have hot water in the bottom pan at the required temperature and your delicate food in the top pan, ensuring nothing gets burnt and all nutrients are retained. Of course, when you don’t need to cook bain-marie style, you can use the bottom pan on its own as the toughened glass lid will nicely fit with both tiers.
