This 4-piece set is a clean, ready-to-cook core that keeps counters tidy and tools consistent. You get confident day-to-day coverage with matching steel, heat-treat, balance, and finishplus a compact magnetic board that stores and displays your blades within easy reach.

Each Hezhen blade in this series uses a tri-layer construction: two outer layers of SuS410 stainless Damascus clad over a single inner core of 10Cr15CoMoV (VG10-equivalent). This combines a keen, long-lasting edge at the core with stainless protection and visual depth on the outside.

Heat Treatment: Our knives undergo a Vacuum Deep-Cooling Heat Treatment, refining the steels grain and locking in HRC 601 hardness so the blades take a crisp 15 edge, hold it longer, and maintain toughness in everyday use.

The three-layer hammered composite steel, after heat treatment, presents a blade that is retro-frosted with a black texture through stonewashing, adding character without compromising performance.

Magnetic Knife Board (Acacia): Minimalist, double-sided magnets securely hold multiple steel knives of varying sizes on a slightly slanted open boardgreat visibility, quick access, and edge-friendly removal (no edge scraping inside slots). Solid Acacia construction with a non-slip base keeps the stand put; footprint 11.4″ wide 8.66″ tall with a 4.13″ base. Its a modern alternative to bulky blocks and wall mounts, letting your Damascus patterns stay on display while protecting the cutting edges.

Why this set: A practical, high-value base that covers everyday cooking and organizes your station. Start here; add specialized knives later (for example, vegetable or slicing knives) to fine-tune your lineup while keeping the same look and feel.
