Description

Quickly and evenly bake perfect pastries or roast a variety of meat without drying them out with the Garland SUME-200 Double Deck Full-Size Electric Convection Oven.

With two full-size convection ovens in one unit, your restaurant will have the capacity to double the amount of food produced without taking up any extra floor space. The two ovens feature individual controls and timers allowing you the freedom of cooking two completely different recipes at one time.

The SUME-200 boasts 10.4 kW of power with a two-speed, 3/4 hp fan motor per oven that effectively distribute heat throughout, ensuring your food is consistently and evenly cooked through with every use.

The convection ovens are constructed out of a durable stainless steel with enamelled porcelain interiors. It features coved corners inside the ovens that make the units extremely easy to clean. The oven dimensions are 29W x 24D x 24H, giving you ample space for cooking large quantities required in the food service industry. The SUME-200 also comes equipped with five chrome-plated oven racks featuring 10 adjustable rack positions per oven.
