The F4 Chefs knife is the all-around utility knife for all jobs intended to be done on the cutting board. This means its the most used knife in the kitchen, good for almost anything. It is a western edged knife with 205mm long blade, 50/50 grind, 3mm thick steel at the base of the spine tapering down to the tip. This one is made of 14c28n high Carbon stainless steel with a satin finish. The handle is made of alternating discs of black leather and Micarta composite.
