Made in the USA and Eco Friendly
Epicurean food scrapers are exclusively manufactured in the United States of America. The Scrapers are made of Richlite, a wood composite material comprised of a mixed source of wood fibers. The same durable laminate material is used in skateboard parks, which is where Epicurean has its roots. The Natural, Slate and RC100 materials are all certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.

Caring for Your Epicurean Food Scraper
Your Epicurean Food Scraper is a wood product. To prevent warping, avoid prolonged exposure to wet conditions, and store it upright until dry. Though it is stain-resistant, some foods may leave color over time. To remove stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive household cleaner.
