Cook pizza like a pro with the Emile Henry pizza stone. This stone is your secret weapon for thin, crunchy bases and golden crusts. Place it inside your pizza oven and your margherita will be ready in minutes!

The smooth charcoal stone measures 14.5 inches in diameter. Its ideal for medium sized pizzas that feed 2-3 people. You can preheat it before use so your pizza starts cooking right away. The stone reduces moisture for a lighter, crispier base.
