Established in 1830, the French metal manufacturer has made pots, pans and baking equipment from a variety of materials, from copper to iron to steel, all with global success.This tin-lined copper canel mould heats quickly and powerfully, which is the key to getting dark amber edges while the inside retains a custard-like consistency. Note: The small hole in the mould is just used in the manufacturing process (to hang the moulds as the coating is applied), and does not have any impact on the use of the mould by the home baker. For optimal results, lightly grease the insides of the moulds prior to baking. —BENEFITS— Its also a great mould for individual portions of cakes or set puddings, like jelly or panna cotta.
