This unit doesnt require a plumbing connection and instead features a built-in water reservoir with a removable steam diffuser plate that prevents food from falling into it. An indicator light on the exterior of the machine conveniently lets you know when its time to add more water.

This boiler-free convection steamer is NSF certified and energy efficient. Its constructed out of 304 stainless steel with a satin finish thats sure to stand up in high traffic kitchens. The chamber is made from a single piece of 316 stainless steel and features coved corners that make for an easy clean.

Operating and maintaining the steamer couldnt be easier thanks to the fully removable panel and simple controls. It features a 60-minute electric timer as well as an illuminated power switch that sets the machine to timed cooking, off, or constant steam. The steam flow also shuts off automatically if the door is opened while the unit is on, preventing injury to workers.
