The Adexa PS802 is a high-capacity commercial electric pizza oven with integrated stand, designed for demanding professional kitchens that require extreme temperatures, high throughput, and mechanical reliability. Featuring two independent baking chambers, this oven can cook up to 16 pizzas simultaneously (8 per chamber), making it ideal for busy pizzerias, restaurants, and high-volume catering operations.

Capable of reaching temperatures of up to 500C, the PS802 is perfectly suited for Neapolitan-style pizzas and other applications requiring intense, consistent heat. The oven is operated via robust mechanical controls, with analogue thermostats and thermometers clearly visible on the side-mounted control panel, offering simple, dependable operation in fast-paced environments.

Each chamber includes a glass viewing window and internal lighting, allowing operators to monitor the baking process without opening the doors and losing heat. Constructed from stainless steel and aluminium, the oven is built for durability, efficient heat retention, and ease of cleaning.
