Description

The Breville BSM600SIL The Smoking Gun Smoke Infuser brings smoky wood flavor to a home kitchen without needing outdoor equipment. This handheld device generates cold smoke, which allows the user to add savory aromas to delicate items like butter, soft cheese, and raw fish without changing their temperature. Since the smoke remains cool, the texture of the food stays preserved while receiving a deep, woody profile in a few seconds.

This unit features a dual-speed control system, offering “Gentle” and “Intensive” settings to match specific flavoring needs. The lower speed works well for light foods, while the higher speed quickly fills cloches or containers for a more intense finish. Because it runs on 4 AA batteries, the infuser stays mobile, making it easy to use at the dining table for a dramatic presentation. The silicon hose provides the reach needed to access resealable bags or specialized glassware.

Built for frequent use, the device includes a metal fan and a removable stainless steel burn chamber to manage the heat of combustion. The 0.75″ opening allows for the efficient loading of wood chips or dried herbs. After use, the integrated base provides a stable spot to rest the tool while it cools down. This portable smoker offers a creative way to customize flavor profiles for appetizers, main courses, and desserts in a compact form.
