It utilizes 3 burners with independent manual controls, allowing for precise heat management. With a total output of 66,000 BTU/h for natural gas or 60,000 BTU/h for liquid propane, this fryer balances energy efficiency with the power needed to handle steady ticket volumes.

Temperature regulation is handled by a millivolt thermostat, which maintains oil between 93C and 204C (200F – 400F). To ensure the safety of your staff and longevity of the hardware, the fryer includes a built-in safety valve and a high-limit switch that automatically shuts off the gas if temperatures exceed safe limits. The deep cold zone at the base of the tank is a critical feature, as it collects food debris away from the heat source.
