ELECTRIC FRY-TOP WITH HOTPLATE 1/3 RIBBED, 2/3 SMOOTH

Electric fry-top with a single cooking zone featuring a sloping hotplate (2/3 smooth, 1/3 ribbed) in stainless steel AISI 430, constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel. The 15/10 thick top has a hotplate recessed 40 mm compared to the worktop, with fully welded construction for easy cleaning. The cooking surface has a satin finish and includes a 65 mm cold zone at the front.

A round drain hole with a diameter of 40 mm directs grease into a 2.5-litre collection tub. Heating is provided by armoured Incoloy elements, with activation signalled by an indicator LED on the control panel. Cooking temperature is thermostatically controlled, adjustable from 110 to 280 C. A safety thermostat trips in the event of a working thermostat malfunction.

The cooking surface measures 535 530 mm. A scraper for both the smooth and ribbed sections of the hotplate is supplied. The product complies with EC 1935/2004 Regulation and 21/03/1973 Rulemaking for materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
