Heavy-duty electric griddles are available in five (5) widths: 24″ (610 mm), 36″ (914 mm), 48″ (1219 mm), 60″ (1524 mm), and 72″ (1829 mm). They offer high performance and high-volume production with even, consistent, controlled temperatures. The 3/4″ (19 mm) thick griddle plate comes complete with a grease trough and splash guard. Optional grooved griddle tops are available in 12″ (305 mm) wide sections. All models are designed as freestanding units or can be banked with other E24 series equipment or with the G24 series gas counter units. Stainless steel front and sides are standard. Hydraulic thermostats with pilot lights are provided for each 12″ (305 mm) width of griddle surface, adjustable from 100F (35C) to 450F (235C). Even frying temperatures are ensured by specially designed pressure-clamped tubular heat elements.
