The Isen Manual 6.25″ Pepper and Spice Millis a manual mill specifically designed to grind long pepper, large peppercorns, and spices such as star anise, cumin, cloves, cardamom and fennel.

The special grinding mechanism in the Isen can be adjusted to the perfect coarseness for each food, and it can be removed for cleaning between different varieties of long peppers and spices.

The grinding mechanism on theIsen manual mill has a helix-shaped double row of teeth to guide and hold the peppercorns to ensure they are ground to the correct coarseness every time. The steel of the grinding mechanism will not corrode, and is ideal for maintaining its original sharpness and resisting wear over time.

TheIsen Mill has a classic adjustable grinding system. To change the coarseness of the pepper, simply lift up the handle on thetop of the mill,and turn the small piece belowit clockwise for a finer grind, and counter-clockwise for a coarser grind. (See illustration.)
