Easily lift cooked pasta out of a 24cm Mauviel MCook stockpot with this built-in colander. A useful tool for anyone making large batches of pasta often.

—DETAILS—

This Mauviel M’Cook Pasta Insert is designed to fit snugly into a 24cmstockpot of that range. It allows for efficient and easy draining, especially if youre cooking for a household of four or more.

Mauviel MCook pans, including handles, are polished and finished by hand; this may result in minor abrasions or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability.

While MCook pans are dishwasher-safe, please note that dishwasher detergents that contain harsh chemicals such as potassium are abrasive to the aluminium edge on the rims of these pans. This can cause the edge to feel sharp over time, but does not affect performance.

Read our (essential) guide on how to cook with, and care for, stainless steelhere.

—BENEFITS— Adding a bit of pasta water back to the pasta when youre mixing in the sauce helps the whole dish come together, and this insert lets you do that easily.’
