The Dolce & Gabbana edition of the Moka Express, now available, pays tribute to the artistic crafts, landscapes, and vibrant colors of Sicily. This special edition features decorative motifs inspired by the Sicilian Cart, a folklore element of the island that has long been at the core of Dolce & Gabbana’s aesthetic.

With the Bialetti Dolce & Gabbana Moka Express, the coffee ritual is transformed into a celebration of Italian style and a doubly pleasurable experience.

Features

• 3 cup (150ml)
• Body material: aluminium.
• Handle and knob material: thermoplastic.
• Easy-clean safety valve.
• Suitable for use on gas, electric and glass ceramic hobs.
• Suitable for use on induction hobs only if used with the Bialetti induction plate.
• Each individual Bialetti Dolce & Gabbana Moka Express is characterised by distinctive features linked to the varying position of the decorative motifs on the collector.

How to use

• Start by pouring the water at room temperature into the Moka boiler and fill it up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level or the coffee might be too watery.
• Now choose your preferred blend of ground coffee. Take care! The blend must have a specific grind for Moka, not too fine. Generously fill the Moka funnel, without pressing the coffee.
• A little secret? Set the heat to low and take your time; it is worth waiting a few more minutes to enjoy an excellent coffee. When the coffee has completely risen in the collector, turn off the heat.
• Now the crucial moment: the taste. To savour all the aromas released in the best possible way, we recommend that you drink the coffee as soon as it is poured into the cup.
