The Bamix, on the other hand, contains just one unit thats fixed together, and the only parts you have to attach are the various blades at the very end. This makes a Bamix more stable, and you can immerse the wand deeper, all the way to the handle. It also makes it easier to clean, since no liquids get stuck between the parts. The interface is easy to use, with two speeds: low (12,000 rpm) and high (17,000 rpm).
