This high-quality cutting wheel is a simple yet effective pastry tool for the classic criss-cross pattern you see on beef wellingtons, Bakewell tarts, sausage rolls, salmon en croute, or apple and berry pies. The pastry cutter creates a criss-cross pattern in dough without needing to weave strips by hand. Simply roll the cutter across the pastry to cut diamond-shaped slits in the dough and create a latticed pastry top for pies and other bakes. The dough can be gently pulled apart to reveal the diamond holes and transferred to the top of the pie. The cutting wheel is dishwasher safe and easy to clean.
