Flat brush 60 mm – Green – Super soft bristle

Description:

Precision brush with soft and fine bristles. The perfect trimming ensures even food distribution and complete removal of dirt from the tightest spaces. Ergonomic handgrip with a large anti-drip hole to hang it, preserving the bristles, and quick drying it. Innovative marking to allow traceability along the entire supply chain.

Usage information:

Minimum and maximum temperature: min -20 / max 180 C
Washing (dishwasher): 80C for 8 min (recommended)
Autoclave: 121 C for 20 min

User and maintenance manual:

– Remove packaging and any label from tools and disinfect them.
– Both manual and autoclave disinfection is possible.
– Sanitize tools using appropriate chemical decontamination products, in the concentrations, timesand temperatures provided.
– Make sure tools completely dry up before next use.
– Hang tools while drying up to avoid any contamination, breakage or bristles distortion.
– The storing area must be clean and far away from sources of intense light or heat.
– Do not use damaged tools, both supports and bristles must be in a good state.
