GAS FRY-TOP WITH SMOOTH SLOPING HOTPLATE

Gas fry-top with a single cooking zone and smooth sloping hotplate, constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel with a 15/10 thick top. The hotplate is recessed 40 mm compared to the worktop, with fully welded construction for easy cleaning. The cooking surface has a satin finish and features a 65 mm cold zone at the front of the hotplate.

A round drain hole with a diameter of 40 mm directs grease to a collection tub with a 1.5-litre capacity. Heating is provided by a steel burner with a stabilized flame, consisting of 2 branches and 4 rows of flames for each zone, complete with pilot flame and safety thermocouple. Gas supply is controlled by a safety tap with thermocouple.

Cooking temperature is manually adjustable from 200 to 400 C. Automatic ignition is provided via a piezoelectric device with a waterproof cap. The cooking surface measures 335 530 mm. A scraper for the smooth hotplate is supplied.
