Since 1947 the Louis Tellier company selects and manufactures the best tools of France’s culinary tradition. The Professional Mandoline is made in France of premium stainless steel. The unit combines a smooth blade and cutting blade to perform slices and sticks. There are four convenient non-stick foot pads. There is a fluted blade for waffle cuts and the unit is made of premium stainless steel.

Produces perfect julienne, matchstick, French fry and waffle cuts on any vegetable. The pattern of each cutter and its size is noted on each blade for ease of selecting the type and size of slice you are creating. Precise thickness adjustments up to 1/2″.
